Trial terms of use

1. Parties and service

The details of the provider will be published on this page once the company that provides the service has been founded. Until then the service is limited to invited users as a free trial. In these terms, the provider means the provider of the Liidis service. Liidis follows public signals, finds the decision-maker and the number, checks the match and delivers it to your company's lead list. You call and record the outcome. The service also has a calendar and a record of offers and deals.

2. Trial

The trial is free of charge. The length of the trial and the cap on the number of leads are agreed with the invitation. The provider may extend or end the trial. After the trial ends, no new leads arrive, and the leads and history already delivered remain until you ask for deletion.

3. Account and use

You are responsible for your credentials. A company has one account, and colleagues are invited from the Team card.

4. Use of leads

You use leads only for your own business-to-business sales and in accordance with the law, including the rules on marketing and data protection. You do not contact consumers. You respect any objection or prohibition by an individual immediately and tell the provider about it. Leads, contact details or lists compiled from them may not be sold, rented or passed on, and may not be used for anything other than your own company's sales.

5. Nature of the service

Leads are based on public sources and are provided as they are. The provider does not guarantee that the data is error-free or up to date, the number of leads or any commercial result. You can report an incorrect lead with the Report an error function.

6. Limitation of liability

The provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost sales or lost profit. During the free trial, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Data processing

Data processing is described in the privacy notice and in the notice for contacts in leads. The provider is the controller of your user data. The processing of personal data in leads is described in the latter notice.

8. Deletion of data

At your request after the trial ends, we delete or anonymise your company's data without undue delay (send the request to support@liidis.com).

9. Changes and termination

The provider may end the trial or close an account if the terms are breached. Changes to the terms are announced in the service.

The provider may transfer the service and this agreement to a company that continues to provide the service. Users are told about the transfer in advance, and a user may then close their account.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are settled by the competent general court in Finland.
